Our services
WMinus designs and builds software, websites, automation and AI solutions. The Site describes our services and lets you request a project. Any quote, proposal or enquiry submitted through the Site is for information only and does not create a binding agreement. The specific scope, price, timeline and terms of any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
Using the Site
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its forms.
- Provide accurate information when you contact us.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and code, belongs to WMinus or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

Security and infrastructure
Our applications and web properties are delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure, including CDN, DDoS protection, TLS, and edge security capabilities where enabled.
Cloudflare maintains independent third-party security and compliance attestations, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, and PCI DSS documentation.
These attestations apply to Cloudflare's services and infrastructure. WMinus is not independently SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, or PCI certified unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, WMinus is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
