Consulting

Senior engineers, on your problem.

Consulting at WMinus starts with an email, not a discovery call. Describe the problem, we prepare before we respond, and the first reply already carries substance.

Scope

What an engagement covers

Four questions cover most of what lands in our inbox. Each ends with something written down that you can act on without us.

Architecture review

We read the system you have: code, infrastructure, data flow. You get a written assessment of what holds, what breaks first under growth, and what to fix in which order.

Build vs buy

A concrete recommendation with the real cost of each path: the product you would bend to fit, the build you would maintain, and where the break-even sits for your case.

Automation opportunities

We walk your workflows and mark what a script, an integration or a machine should be doing instead of a person, ranked by effort against payoff.

AI feasibility

Whether AI helps your case at all, which class of model, what data it needs, and what it costs to run. Including when the honest answer is no.

How it runs

Three steps, no back-and-forth

  1. 01

    Email the problem

One paragraph to info@wminus.com. No form to fight, no call to schedule first.

  2. 02

    We prepare

We ask what we need, then work the problem before anyone gets on a call. Sessions are arranged after first contact.

  3. 03

    You get an answer

A call or a written recommendation, whichever the problem needs. If it turns into a build, the consulting folds into the project.

Send the problem.

One paragraph is the whole first step. We reply with questions or with an answer, whichever it deserves.

Students and nonprofits: consulting is free for you. Say so in your email.
