Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WMinus ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We keep data collection to a minimum and only use it to respond to you and run our website.

Who we are

WMinus is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions or want to exercise your rights, contact us at info@wminus.com.

What we collect

How we use your data

Our legal bases are your consent (when you submit a form or accept analytics cookies) and ourlegitimate interests in keeping the site secure and in promoting our services to businesses.

Marketing and outreach

We occasionally reach out to businesses that we believe could benefit from our services, using professional contact details collected as described above. We rely on our legitimate interest in business-to-business direct marketing to do this, we contact people only in their professional capacity, and we keep the volume low and relevant.

Every outreach email tells you how to opt out, and you can object at any time by replying or by emailing info@wminus.com. If you object, we stop contacting you and add your address to our suppression list so it stays that way.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the website:

ProviderPurpose
ResendDelivering the contents of form submissions to our inbox by email, and sending you a confirmation of what you submitted
Google AnalyticsWebsite usage analytics (only with your consent)
CloudflareWebsite hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and bot protection (Turnstile)
Business data and outreach toolsSourcing business contact details and sending our outreach emails

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Nothing is loaded and nothing is sentuntil you accept in the cookie banner: refusing means the Google script is never fetched, not that it runs quietly without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may also set a strictly necessary cookie on form pages to tell humans from bots.

While you are filling in the inquiry form, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage so that a reload or a tap on Back does not lose what you have typed. That draft includes whatever you have entered so far, which may be your name, email, phone number, company, VAT ID and your description of the project. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere on its own. It belongs to that one tab, it is erased when you close the tab, and we delete it as soon as you send the form.

To change your answer later, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. It brings the banner back, and choosing to refuse after having accepted reloads the page so nothing keeps running. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google'sopt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Business contact details used for outreach are kept while they remain relevant and accurate, and are deleted or suppressed when you object or when we no longer need them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, emailinfo@wminus.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
